Entering Personal Notes

Using app. for some years now. There have been no significant revisions. Use Personal notes extensively but, when note page gets lengthy to long, keyboard blocks ability to see what is being typed. Application does not rotate on my iPad, when my keyboard does. Also no way to cut / copy paste from clipboard into the secure folder notes.
