Great app but needs an update!!!

Is there an update or a way to play the videos from the app ..

You can store pics and videos but can’t extract them. The all has full permissions to the camera roll but can’t extract a pic to the camera roll. October 2024.

It worked well for awhile but now it freezes to play videos I’ve saved there,please fix it as soon as possible

Idk what the heck happened bcuz the videos no longer play on here….. they use to work like a champ and the app was great but now it just freezes and won’t play vids. I donated and everything but to no avail! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

After that I can not play videos within the application only photos I need a support immediately

Somehow my password isn’t working! How do I reset my password so i can get into my app?? Why does this app creator not respond to inquiries?! This is ridiculous. How do you make an app then not have the decency to make sure your users can access the app? NEGATIVE STARS

I had this app with all the pics I wanted to save like art, people and sexy pics. Now they are gone forever and this app is useless. No notice they’re just gone. I had years of photos too and I can’t get them back without searching back through my albums for ages and still it’s a toss-up as to whether I’ll even find them. If I could give this a negative star I would.

Used to enjoy this app hut now it crashes and freezes every time I try to play video. The app is unusable as of now. Developers have abandoned this app years ago.

App is working again!! This is the best app in the market! Nothing is even close! Get it.

I’ve sent reviews on this already but I’ll try again. You just updated the app and I STILL cannot play videos that I have in there! It just goes black! Please fix this or I will lose ALL my videos!

I’ve had this app for years. For a long time it was one of my favorites. I kept so many great memories of photos and videos. About 2-3 years ago, iOS did an update which made it impossible to see or watch any videos stored. I payed money to the people who created it along with many other owners of the app to help them update the app and allow us to recover the pics. Now about 3 months ago with yet another newer iOS update, you can’t watch any of the saved videos. What do i do? I’m so frustrate because I can’t replace this memories and don’t have them saved anywhere else!

I use to love this app but do not upgrade iOS it messed everything up and now I can’t get/access my photos and videos anymore.

Since the update to iOS 14, videos no longer work in My Secret Folder. Instead of playing, I get a black screen and the app freezes. I can still take video but it works only until I close the app. I can still download videos to my camera roll and they play. I can upload videos that work in the camera roll, but they longer work.

Best app to keep my stuff secure. Wish the videos worked on 14.1 update. Hint hint.

I have loved this app for years. Unfortunately, after the latest OS update on my iPad, video goes to an unresponsive black screen. I hope you guys are still in business and will update your app.

As soon as hit play, the video goes dark and won’t play anything 😕

Needs an update when I click on my photos it comes up as a white screen it’s not showing me anything from my latest saved.

The app itself is well made with genuinely innovative in concept but the donate now button destroys all credibility and function. I was one one the few that actually donated but realized that the goal was nothing short of extortion. Good luck.

I somehow lost everyone of my hidden photos. I hadn’t used the app for awhile then went to find a certain photo and everything is gone !!!!

Had this app for years... it did so much for me. Until I just checked, and every photo I cared about was wiped out. Gone. RIP.

It would be great if they had a way to contact them for support. As of this day there seems to be no way to get in touch with the developers

Using app. for some years now. But now it stopped working and I can’t retrieve any passwords, photos or videos. This is outrageous. Then a few days after the app stopped loading the new version came out. I thought it would be able to fix my no load issue. It didn’t, and in fact when I upgraded to the new version, paid a donation and within several days it stopped working as well and and not worked at all anymore. I’m running iPhone 6S+, 64 HSB, with plenty of storage. No other app I have has just stopped working and fails so miserably. Developers, what are you going to do?Also, when it was working, both the old and newest versions keyboard blocks ability to see what is being typed. Application does not rotate on my iPad, when my keyboard does.

I used the love this app for storing all of the nudes I’d collected over the years. Now, when I try to add new stuff, it tells me there’s no photos in my albums when I know there’s over 700+ to choose from to import. I’ve tried deleting pics, but it doesn’t work. It’s becoming more of a hassle than just putting the nudes on a flash drive.

This used to be a five-star app, but after opening it for the first time in several months tonight it became worse than useless. I tapped on the app's icon and was ready to punch in the password when a message window popped up informing me that my password needs to be reset and that I can do this in settings. After that, I just had to press the “OK” on the message window and the app opened. Just like that. No password required. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. And in settings, there is no “reset password” function.

I updated my app and lost everything!!! I had pictures that I can not replace in this app and there all gone. I am so disappointed!!! Why would an update wipe the app out makes absolutely no sense.

I had this app when it first came out. I shared this app to my other friends. But when they didn’t update the app, I was mad. After waiting for an update I finally deleted the app. After I deleted the app, a week later, some one came with a petition to have the developer to update the app. I was thinking about this app so I decided to search it and it is back. They say they take donations to keep it going. I have no problem with that, because this is the best app for what it do, which keep your secret. Again welcome back and I am so happy and grateful you’re back. I am about to see if I can restore my last year backup to this new new app. I kept my last year back for this app just in case.

I have had this App since 2012. It was a great app until a few months ago. I updated the app with the IOS 11 update and everything was fine. I then upgraded to the iPhone X....I made sure I backed up everything in iCloud. EVERYTHING except My Folder works. I haven’t been able to access this version in MONTHS!!! I purchased another version with a slightly different icon and made a donation. I now have two versions but my original version with everything in it DOESNT WORK. I wrote the developer several times via email and they only replied once trying to help. I have years of memories in there. Can someone please help.

I’ve been a long time user of this app. When prompted to update and support them financially, I did. Then unbeknownst to anyone, if you were on iOS 11.x they didn’t worn you that their version wasn’t compatible with iOS 11.x. Once you updated, your password was locked and you’re totally screwed from your pictures. Contacting red knight support is a joke. They won’t respond to anything yet acknowledge that they screwed up. All they would have to do is put up a roll back version but nothing. Never use this app.

Got a new phone, performed an iCloud back up install. Neither code works.

WAS an excellent app. Once you update you lose your browser that was previously present and will get absolutely zero response from the developer!

This new update ABSOLUTELY DELETED ALL MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS AND S/n ! Never again! I had pictures and receipts of things for over 5 Years in this folder with a lock system and break in system and I am so sad to have lost everything I kept for years just disappear because of the upgrade! DO NOT Use!

I have had this app for approx 2 yrs or so... I upgraded from iPhone 6 to an 8... now I try to log in & it days “ invalid pattern “ HELP! I need the information I stored in this app!!!!

Says you can import photo and video. Shows me 38 photos only? out of 448 photos and videos. Meh disappointed.

Not able to get into the app, says incorrect password and I’m 100% sure I entered correct password. When will this issue be fixed. I’ve lot of pics in there.

My app disappeared from my phone and all the content from my folder was erased. The app logo looked different though, but i went through all my purchased apps and found out this is the “new secret folder”. I had a lot of memories that were vanished and I am very upset that this happened. If anyone knows how to fix it please help.

I have sent several emails to the support team asking for help in recovering my files from the old app to the new app which I purchased and I get no reply. I never received any response from my other messages. When I finally got a reply it was after I had already gave the review and really even if I got an earlier response I don’t think your app or your support warrants more than 1 star.

So you finally updated the app, it downloaded and all my photos are gone. What was the point? We all wanted access to our photos to grab them before you pulled a fast one on us again but lo and behold you basically deleted all of the things we wanted back without any warning. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Paid, lost EVERYTHING, they wanted more money, app FINALLY updated with everything GONE...yeah I’ll trust my photos with you again!! Try never!!!

I bought the premium version a long time ago, and now they updated the app so that every time I log into it, I'm bombarded with a please donate selection. I loved this app until this update. Now it's mediocre at best. There are plenty of other apps that do the exact same thing that without asking you to donate to them everytime you open the app.

The app is OK but the support is horrible and you cannot depend on the management team. It took them two years to update this app. They were holding everybody’s special photos for Ransom. They made everyone pay huge sums of money just for the update.Use another provider..Who will take care of their customers.
